We offer RMR Testing

Understanding how many calories you or a loved one needs each day can significantly impact overall health and wellness. We’re proud to offer Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing using the gold standard: indirect calorimetry. This advanced test measures how many calories your body burns at rest (like sitting at a desk), during daily activities (such as getting dressed or going to work), and with 30 minutes of physical movement. Our team works closely with our dietitian, Britt, to turn these insights into a personalized plan to help you achieve optimal health and well-being.
