Luis grew up in Cayey, Puerto Rico. He attended the University of South Florida in Tampa, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Psychology and minoring in Global Studies in Education in 2022. His time there also allowed him to explore his interest in religious studies and music.

Currently, Luis is a graduate student pursuing a doctoral degree in School Psychology at North Carolina State University. Through his training, he has gained experience administering and interpreting cognitive and academic assessments, providing feedback and consultations to parents, teachers, and faculty, as well as planning and facilitating interventions in academic settings.

Luis is interested in working with individuals across a variety of age ranges and is enthusiastic about providing children with the support they need to thrive.
